Bio

Ava Fields is a bridal designer creating for the modern bride, with a focus on natural fibers and hand embroidery. Her work is shaped by her Mexican and Italian heritage, as well as a deep appreciation for craft and hand sewing. Raised Catholic, she views marriage as both sacred and deeply human. She draws ongoing inspiration from her family, especially her grandfather, a poet, whose love of language continues to inform her creative voice.

Image:  Designed for religious women across traditions, this modern bridal collection reimagines devotional dress through contemporary sensuality, framing faith as intimacy rather than denial of the body. Inspired by fragmentation, strip-like constructions and architectural openings create shifting thresholds that conceal, reveal, and frame the body with reverence. Embroidered symbols from my grandfather’s poetry carry lineage and spirituality through each garment, forming a visual prayer honoring vulnerability, embodiment, devotion, and divine union.
