Danqi Qi

This collection draws from Jingdezhen porcelain sculpture and its shift toward a shared spirituality, exploring the flowing and solidified forms by artisans’ embodied craft. Influenced by my familial ceramic heritage, this body of work reflects the SOF value of belonging through intergenerational making. I aim to construct a tactile dialogue between body and surface through various experimentation with ceramic, knitwear, and silicone. My goal is to propose a new language that bridges fashion and art.
