Ekaterina Pavlova is a fashion designer born and raised in Russia, now based in New York and a Parsons School of Design graduate. Her practice is rooted in storytelling, exploring themes of visibility, identity, and the emotional weight of everyday life. Influenced by literature, urban environments, and personal memory, she develops garments through material experimentation, focusing on texture, layering, and subtle disruption. Her work combines technical construction with conceptual depth, creating pieces that feel both delicate and intentional. She approaches fashion as a narrative medium, one that communicates presence, absence, and the quiet complexity of human experience.
