SEEWOO KIM
Collection
This collection is grounded in the traces of life my father has left behind, particularly those embedded in the old objects he has kept over time. It proposes a way of viewing clothing not simply as garments, but as vessels capable of holding the time and stories of a life. Rather than replicating the past, the project seeks to generate something new through it, aiming toward a future-facing perspective shaped by memory and inheritance.
This video captures images of my father leaving home each day, tracing the forms of his life. The traces he has left behind become records of time made visible.
