This collection examines escapism as an effort to distort reality in response to internal and external pressures. Corsetry is used as a historical reference to societal constraint and conformity, reinterpreted across office-inspired silhouettes such as blazers and tailored shirts. Core corsetry panels recur throughout the garments, intensifying the tension between structure and the body. Glitch-like beading is incorporated as a surface language of perceptual disruption, reflecting internal fragmentation and altered states of experience. Together, these elements construct a dialogue between control, distortion, and escape.
